• 750 g of chicken breast
• 1 piece of chopped red pepper
• 1 piece of chopped yellow pepper
• 1 piece of chopped onion
• 1 bunch of fresh coriander
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 pinch of cumin
• 1 pinch of pepper
• Tortillas to taste
1 can of whole baked beans
1 can of yellow corn grains
First prepare the sauce to marinate them. It's very simple, just mix the cilantro, lemon juice and garlic in a blender, and add 1/4 cup of water.
Then, mix the fajitas, the peppers and the chopped onion and add the sauce with which you are going to marinate them. Then, cover them in a container so you can refrigerate them for 30 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
After refrigerating the fajitas, heat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil and cumin, then cook the fajitas for 12 to 15 minutes.
Once the fajitas with peppers are ready, accompany them with tortillas, beans, yellow corn and cream as the main garnish of your delicious meal.
