Beans with ribs in green sauce

Ingredients

 

• 2 tbsp vegetable oil

• 3 tbsp chopped white onion

• 1 piece of chopped avocado leaf

• 3 cups of refried beans

• 2 cups of green sauce

• 4 cups cooked and cubed pork ribs

• 2 tbsp vegetable oil (2)

• 2 tbsp chopped coriander

• 1 cup of cooking broth

• Salt to taste

Method

 

Heat the oil and season the onion with the avocado leaf.

Add the beans, fry for 5 minutes stirring constantly, add ½ cup of green sauce, mix, bring to boil, remove from heat.

Heat the oil (2) and fry the ribs until golden brown.

Add the rest of the sauce, cook over medium heat for ten minutes, add the cilantro, stir, turn off the heat, serve on a bed of beans.
