Sopes with chorizo and green sauce

Ingredients

 

• 1/2 cup of oil

• 4 tbsp chopped white onion

• 1 can of refried beans

• 400 g of chopped chorizo

• 12 pieces of sopes

• 2 cups filleted lettuce

• 4 tbsp of cream

• 4 tbsp crumbled fresh cheese

• 1 cup of green sauce

• Salt to taste

• Ground black pepper to taste

Method

 

In 2 tbsp of oil, fry 2 tbsp of onion, add the beans, mix.

Fry the rest of the onion with 2 tablespoons of oil, add the chorizo and fry until golden.

In the rest of the oil, fry the soups on both sides, spread with the beans, then place the chorizo.

Serve with lettuce, cream, cheese and green sauce.
