Molletes with chicken and green sauce

Ingredients

 

• 4 tbsp of oil

• 5 tbsp filleted white onion

• 2 cups of shredded chicken

• 1/2 cup of green sauce

• Salt to taste

• Ground black pepper to taste

• 2 tbsp chopped white onion

• 1 can of refried black beans

• 4 pieces of bread roll

• 8 slices of sliced Manchego cheese

• 1 piece of avocado

Method

 

Heat 2 tbsp of oil, fry the sliced onion, add the chicken, mix, add the sauce, season with salt and pepper to taste, bring to a boil, mix. Set aside.

In 2 tbsp of oil fry the chopped onion, add the beans, mix. Set aside.

Cut the bread in half, spread with beans, place a slice of cheese and cook until gratin.

Serve the chicken over the muffins, with sliced avocado and green sauce.
