• 2 cups grated Manchego cheese
• 32 g of pickled carrots
• 90 g of El Charro Negro® Pickled Jalapeño Slices
• Tortillas or Tostadas
Melt the Manchego cheese in a frying pan over medium heat, taking care not to burn it.
Add the pickled carrots, the pickled Jalapeño strips and the chili pepper marinade, heat until completely melted.
.Serve the melted cheese with tortillas or tostadas.
