•1 cup clean, sliced mushrooms
•1/2 Sliced onion
•4 Medium cactus
•1 Seasoning and Fine Herbs
•4 Roasted tomatoes
•2 Cubes of Tomato Concentrate with Chicken
•2 Dried chipotle peppers, seeded, soaked in hot water and drained
•1 Half-cream container
•4 Tbsp chopped red onion
Place the mushrooms and sliced onion on top of the cactus. Add Seasoning and Fine Herbs, place the cactus, close and press lightly to soak up the spices. Place in a pan without oil, previously heated over low heat for 1 minute, and cook over low heat for 8 minutes on each side or until well cooked, set aside.
For the sauce, blend the tomatoes, diced Tomato and Chicken Concentrate, and chipotle peppers. Serve
Serve the cactus huaraches with the sauce, some Media Crema and red onion.
Cactus has fiber, which causes satiety.
